The Fighter!
Comfortably numb at
the knuckles,
but the fighter cries...
The pain remains,
still,
of the elusive
showdown with destiny,
with shadows, the reality.
The draw is simple,
again,
but the warrior burns,
for he has forgot
what pain is...
